On March 28, 2023, Jiangxi Qianhai Guoxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guoxin Technology Group, successfully passed the certification of "Approved Exporter" under the guidance of Nanchang Customs Customs Department and Ganjiang New Area Customs. Accordingly, Jiangxi Qianhai Guoxin Electronics Co., Ltd. became the first "approved exporter" of China Customs in Nanchang.

    The implementation of the "Approved Exporter" system is one of the highlights of RCEP and an important certificate of origin facilitation measure issued by the General Administration of Customs. "Approved exporter" enterprises, their goods do not need to apply for a certificate of origin from the customs one by one when exporting, can independently issue a declaration of origin at any time, the effect is equivalent to the certificate of origin issued by the customs, can reduce the economic cost of customs clearance, improve customs clearance efficiency, enable enterprises to arrange the production and export of goods more flexibly, and is of great significance to improve the international competitiveness of enterprises.

    In the future, our company will make full use of AEO advanced certification and the qualification of "approved exporter", actively exert its professional knowledge and skills, seize the opportunity of RCEP implementation, make full use of RCEP rules, and make due contributions to promoting RCEP regional cooperation, providing more high-quality and professional supply chain services for Jiangxi electronic information enterprises, and promoting the higher-level opening and higher-quality development of Jiangxi's export-oriented economy.
